Winter helped me ship three express boxes, one of which needed to be custom built for a set of skis that were too big to ship in any regular box, and she packed them for me extra carefully too! Winter was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and saved me from having to pay crazy fees to carry my skis onto a passenger plane with me. Instead, I could ship them to my mom in the mountains in CA before I move to TN from AK! She did an excellent job upholding the purple promise and is a great ambassador for the FedEx brand. Thanks Winter!
