    Employee was grumpy and unfriendly. I provided the FedEx account number I have always used to ship packages (I own this corporate account). She was rude in communicating that this is apparently not our account number, which is confusing because it is the only account number I have ever provided. I chose to use my corporate card instead. She stepped aside to help the person in line behind me though there was nothing time consuming about my transaction that would warrant not continuing to assist me. I should have expressed my displeasure with the experience but I did not feel that she would care to change her bad attitude based on my feedback. I was happy to see a survey option on my receipt so I could share that she is an unhappy employee and should not treat her customers as an inconvenience. I experienced her some time ago when shipping electronics back to my previous employer. My colleague was also returning equipment and both of us were taken aback at her dismissive attitude. Now I will remember not to use this store again. She was the only store employee present other than the truck driver who was loading the truck. When I came in, I waited for some time (possibly 4 minutes?) while she finished a phone call. After hanging up, she went back to working on a laminated booklet of some kind that she was assembling. I had to ask if she would please come help me in order for her to stop and acknowledge that someone was in line. It was quite honestly a laughably poor customer experience.

    I have been using this store, and working with Rachel specifically for years now. There are other options but the confidence I have in her and all of the staff at this location far out ways the less expensive options. They are professional, timely, and communicate great. Honestly…without Rachel and the team there I would have gone to a closer or online location, but I will not.
