I brought my computer with me to the store and Tanaiah was very patient, encouraging and helpful to me! She tried multiple ways to get the label to print using my computer and my phone (teaching me all the while). She didn’t give up and was ultimately successful in printing out a new label for my package! She was great! All businesses would be better off with employees like Tanaiah!!

I requested she call me at certain intervals, and she honored that request. She appears too be a valued,and competent employee too the Fed Ex Organization. I went again for her service, and was able to thank her in person, only too tell her I would be leaving the state, going home too California.... I'm sure her service is with everyone, very professional. It takes a person that is shows compassion to deal with the public. It's like a teacher in a classroom of twenty every hour, with twenty different personalities every hour!!

I had a lot of colored printing to do, well more than $25, and had to keep getting new convenience codes, which was rather inconvenient and would be the only reason I may hesitate to do it again.
