    Upon my visit to the store, Sarah greeted me and was helpful and friendly from the get go. She assessed my printing job and asked really pertinent questions that I had not yet thought of in an effort to ensure I got the best quality. When I shared with Sarah that I had a time crunch, she quickly took stock of the project and ensured she could help me out and get it done fast. When I returned, Sarah had completed the printing project AND took the extra time to put binding on which was so appreciated and not expected. She was so wonderful and I couldn’t resist singing her praises. She was professional, kind, helpful AND truly went above and beyond to do a great job. I would trust her moving forward with any printing jobs or fedex needs.

    Sarah suggested indoor gloss banner material for my poster. It has a nice shine without being too glossy, and it looks great. She also recommended grommets, which I had never seen before and were perfect for hanging at convention. I really appreciate her advice and helpfulness.

    I came in last minute and was worried about the competency of the employees to help me print because I’m not an expert at setting this up. Erubiel went beyond my expectations and helped me with the right paper weight for my project. This saved me time and money. I would hire him in a heartbeat if I could. Great employee!!! Great service!!!

    The associate marked one of my unopened packages as damaged due to rain spots on the package. When I informed him of the rain and that my return was unopened he rolled his eyes. I notified him that marking my unopened package as damaged due to rain spots would result in me not recovering a refund, he reluctantly canceled the shipment. Now I am waiting for the spots to dry to return the product at a different date. This is a huge inconvenience for me.

    Kyle was amazing to worl with. He called me to communicate my jpg proof was a bit fuzzy. I sent him a zip file which he converted & then ran a test. He called me to tell me it was much better. He rushed my job, he divided up my fliers into 2 groups of 100 & had it done in record time. He was professional, helpful & kind. I love using your store for my needs!
