She apologized for the wait, but let me know she’d be right with me. As a customer I appreciated this so much. She was incredibly polite and when helping me with the print job she was super insightful. Danieli put together three options and ALL were beyond my expectations. I ended up taking all three. I’ve had one off print jobs before and visited FedEx Office for a long time now, even back when it was a Kinkos and this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Danieli!

Joel went above and beyond to help me reach my goals. I was especially pleased with Joel's kind nature and patience as he gave me step by step instructions on how to do my project. I certainly did not expect this level of attention and kindness! I am so very grateful.

When I told him I wanted to have full service, he literally said, "again, I told you to scan and print the receipt." His tone and approach while assisting in front of a couple and speaking to me simultaneously was extremely unprofessional. I don't usually come to FedEx but this time solidifies why I should not use this service.

Danielle went out of her way to help us get up and job done and make sure that my son‘s project Was successful. The store closes at 8 PM and unfortunately it took a few minutes longer. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we received fantastic customer service.
