    I dropped off a package to be shipped but was apparently held as I received a voicemail from Brandon stating my package was unacceptable to their shipping standards. Box was completely sealed as I was shipping a shoe box in a box. He told me that the package needed filler before they can ship. Funny thing is I don’t remember seeing ANYWHERE that the policy states my package MUST, is REQUIRED to include filler. If I am shipping a pair of shoes and the shoes are literally moving around inside the box, does he expect me to add filler inside the shoe box?! How ridiculous is this “policy” to the point where my item was not shipped. I purchased a pair of shoes and it was delivered by, you guessed it, FedEx! The package I received was literally a shoe box in the same box that was delivered to me. I went to return the pair at FedEx because the label the company provided my was FedEx!!! I don’t understand how inconsistent these so called “standards” are at this location. I’ve shipped multiple packages out from here on a WEEKLY basis and have NEVER had this issue before. This is by far one of the most worst experiences I’ve encountered.

    Just stumbled upon one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at FedEx to date. I’ve shipped out multiple packages on a weekly basis all packaged and sealed completely the same and have been helped by various employees. Earlier this morning I received a call stating my package was unacceptable and when I came in to verify, none of the employees had any idea what the issue and was completely clueless why my package wasn’t shipped. I asked to speak to the manager but was not present so I asked for any manager that can assist. In walks Francis, having no clue why my package wasn’t shipped and makes up some bs excuse stating my package wasn’t “filled” in all the way and that the item was moving around too much. I opened the box and literally 90% of the box was filled in by the item I was shipping out. He told me they could not accept and suggested I include newspapers to fill the gap. Are you kidding me? I highly doubt they enable every single one of their customers to fill in their boxes 100%. It makes absolutely zero sense to me that this is “the policy.” These guys would rather joke around at work then to ship out my package and make up some bs when they actually had to work.
