Only thing I would like to see in the future is they give 100% to helping customers understand what the product may look like when printed or the type of print paper quality would like without being asked. If someone who did understand technology or printing probably would be unsatisfied. Luckily my husband knows so he asked questions when they were already ready to move on to another task.
