    My issue is not with the experience at the store but rather than the price FedEx-Kimmo’s charges for just scanning two prints onto a USB drive! To charge $69 just to scan two prints is highway robbery! I went ahead and asked for them to proceed only because the prints were drawn by my sister who passed away recently. You really need to look at your pricing model as I you will be sure to lose customers.

    Tried to print two little documents from a website. Had to pay for computer time coupled with print cost. Thinking I had ten minutes to work, I printed one doc and then just as I tried to print the second the computer started beeping and ran out of time (at about four minutes) and logged me off, with no path to complete the second print. So in the end I paid five bucks for two pieces of paper. Never again will I darken the door of a FedEx. Not a penny more. Zero help from the staff. Sky high prices for printing and less than half of the computer time I paid for. And in the end, you left me high and dry without the second doc ever getting printed.

    Cameron understood my needs before I did. She is a hardworking and has excellent customer service skills. I hope she is acknowledged for both. She was the same way the last time I came. So, I wanted to acknowledge her this time. She goes beyond compared to my experiences with others in the past.
