This store has had some turnover the past few months and service has been up and down. But Cassandra is great, she is prompt, fast and cheerful. I hope she stays as store manager because I think she is a good role model to the others as the guys there can be a little laxi daisy - but Mike is great too.

- Wednesday, February 7, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Hello, I went to have a package sent out via QR code, to buy a box to mail out a smartphone, and then send that smartphone out after printing a label. Anthony helped me with it all. He provided insight, knowledge about available products, timeline, and even printed out my label for me. He was the best associate I've come across at any store in quite some time. Probably pre-Covid. He was the model employee. I've worked in Customer Service in the past, and this guy gets it. Also, it should be noted, all three store employees working at the time (Monday night, Feb. 5) were super nice when I walked in. This store is out of my way, but I will be returning if I require any mailing services in the future just based on my experience that night.

He took the time and had a cheerful disposition and was smiling, which is key to having a great experience at your store, which I did have. I ended up shipping an envelope and he helped me with that too cheerfully. he is definitely an *** to your team and I appreciated his help.

Instead of just shipping the suitcases with zip ties Keenen was able to fit both suitcases into a big box therefore protecting them from getting scratched up or dirty on the ride back home. He was very kind. He was professional. He managed to get us in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time and offered the reassurance that our stuff is arrive on the date that he said it would and that we should basically have no problems and we didn't. I work for FedEx freight and I have delivered for FedEx ground and I know that sometimes our equipment can get rather dirty inside therefore making our shipment show up to its destination somewhat dirty at times. Just being completely honest. But that was not the case for us regarding this particular transaction and we give all the credit and thanks to Keenen for not allowing that to happen and for handling all that responsibility for us. Great job on his part. Much appreciated.
