Then proceeded to ask me all the standard questions. Not once did he smile or say please or thank you. He was efficient and quick to solve my shipping need. I have come to expect alert, engaging and cordial customer service when doing business at FedEX Office. Today fell well below my expectations. Please give this fellow some coaching. I can tell he has the ability but needs training.
