    Richard is always so pleasant & helpful. Today seemed like a bit of a busy day at FEdex. The system was slow and customers were being cranky. He kept greeting everyone with a smile and being very positive. He was also trying to help his co-worker at the same time who was dealing with a particularly difficult customer.

    i had 2 transactions and it was Richard who assisted me with a few supply items and very thoroughly explained the copier that can copy large old originals. I am not sure i have correct receipt attached because i first sent an overnight item before looking for m suppli s Richard help d with. First person was very good and patient as well. Thank you.

    Rayanna and John were extremely helpful with my prints! They were patient and careful with my order and even stayed a couple minutes past closing to help me finish my prints. I appreciated their help and friendly personalities!

    My grandmother recently passed away…Jon gave excellent advice on how to set up the program for her services. The two other assistant managers actually set up the what turned out to be a pretty big job. Jon also gave excellent advice on how to set up and save money on an additional print job we needed to do. Richard was also very helpful is setting up the job for a very large picture of we had printed for her as well. You never know what people are going through when they come in for help. Every person that I encountered at this particular FedEx location was kind and very helpful. Jon’s expertise and professionalism, however, really stood out.

    I was trying to get a print on a canvas. Not a normal request of mine, but i thought i would give my local fedex a try. I walked in and was welcomed. Said very little about my request and i was immediately met with help and pointed to the right direction. i have been working in the service and hospitality industry for almost two decades, i know todays day it's hard to find service driven people to reflect your company's brand and objectives. Jon was awesome, he really made me feel valued and made all the right suggestions. You can really see passion behind Jon's execution of my request.
