- Monday, April 15, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0The first transaction was with Rocio. No one spoke when I entered. Rocio was rude and super short with me. This was my first time in at this location. It was 5 customers before me and I respectfully asked the customers if I could ask Rocio for a box to start my packing, she rudely and so disrespectfully said” You gotta get back in line to receive the box”!!!! Everyone was looking in awe of concern and disbelief. Rocio made me stand in the line an additional 15 minutes just to receive a box to pack myself, then stand back in line to ship. When I reached her, I purchased 8……..16 cube boxes. Just sad. I should not have purchased anything from her. The transaction was 940392813747, Device ID: BTC04. I couldn’t believe it. So I purchased my 8 boxes, packed 3 of them and proceeded to stand back in the line after packing my 3 boxes, and it gets worse…..a Fed Ex team member checking me out, young dark hair individual, slow, no sense of urgency, rudely tells me they have no scissors and I can use a cutter in the corner. If I need to cut some tape he knows I can’t use the cutter. So, he lied. there are definitely scissors at Fed Ex. Then, I asked him for his name because he has no badge on, and he replies” I’m not giving you my name”.Customers heard him and they couldn’t believe it either. Literally everyone had a badge on but him. I did not respond after that, I knew then I was in a country, ghetto, unprofessional, *** of a Fed Ex location. The unidentified team member just stood here smirking and looking special needs. Please watch the video of him going soooooo slow on purpose. I actually allowed a guy to get in front of me to pick up his package because he was in a hurry and this team member STILL WENT SUPER SLOW ON PURPOSE…….with him…..this mysterious team member also did not ask if I had hazardous or dangerous goods not one time on not even one of my boxes. It was around 3:05pm to 3:20 pm transaction 940392816789. Device ID BTC03. I could not believe what was happening. I thought I was on a reality show. They were both nasty and rude. And I saved the best for last………he wasn’t talking to me because I walked away after my transaction was complete, but I could have sworn I heard him tell another person “ I don’t give a *** about her, we are closing soon anyway”! He needs to be terminated!!!!!! He also kept the piece of pink paper with my return address on it. He didn’t think I noticed but I did. I have ring cameras and I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. I am taking this complaint further to the highest person I can.
