I completely felt upsold and rushed and didn’t appreciate the energy or attitude that I was receiving from him. I’ve been going to FedEx Marina del Rey for almost a decade and that will be the last time. I’m in sales and have a pretty good understanding of customer service. Luis completely failed in making me feel welcomed as i patiently waited for FedEx services.

She offered to make it happen with them, and I could come and she would assist me. I rushed over, it was early, so I figured let me beat the crowd! I needed to resize and print about 40 pictures! She told me what to do, and she'd handle it from there! AND SHE DID!!! My Bday Project will be a HUGE success with her friendly assistance! She was SO helpful, patient and friendly and SO engaging. I learned she's been with Kinkos (I STILL call it Kinkos!) for nearly 8 years! I've used this location for many years for personal and work purposes! I remember back when this locaiton was 24 hours! And she was working with you back then she said. Bree is a keeper! Engaging, friendly personality for starters. But, she listened to my despair call in the morning and resolved my problem! Thank you Bree! and Kinkos!

It's rare to find exceptional customer service and reliable employees these days, especially for my small business needs. Over the past three months, I've frequented this FedEx store for all my printing needs. Luis stands out as my go-to person, always finding ways to save me money on large orders. He has a great rapport with customers. Alongside Luis, I appreciate the efforts of Hamadi, Bree, Ronnie, Karina, and the always-smiling Robert. Today, Luis offered me a survey for a discount on my next visit, prompting me to share my positive feedback. Despite having other FedEx options closer to me, I willingly drive an hour to this location due to the exceptional service and care I receive. It's a rare feeling these days to be treated so well, and I truly appreciate the team's dedication. Thank you for being amazing!
