The display of customer service is simply unmatched. Without these two I would not come to this store or FedEx in general. On this order Jessica did an amazing job and had it ready for pickup earlier than I had hoped. It was done to my exact specifications and the attention to detail in the cutting of my flyers was very appreciated. However, when I got back home I realized I had her print the wrong flyer! When I called the store, Jammie picked up, and made the process of exchange super easy. Even though it was 100% my fault as I had the wrong image printed, she was very understanding and had my replacements ready to go as it was a time sensitive order and I had an upcoming event I needed them for. 10/10 every time. Could not recommend either of them more.
