Besides the fact that he's sincerely happy and eager to help with whatever you need, he also goes out of his way to get a smile or laugh with a joke! It's heartwarmimg to watch other people's reactions as he helps others and pitches little jokes to them as well. Every single person I see him help has a smile on their face or is laughing when he helps them, every time - no exaggeration. Thank you for making me (and everyone) smile and laugh, Rob!

- Wednesday, March 27, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I needed to copy a 430 page document as part of a class action lawsuit. I was in a hurry. I asked at the counter for some guidance. I wanted to scan the doc to a USB thumb drive. The associate showed me how. And let me know it was $.50/page. That is over a $200 job. I was about to walk out, and the associate, I came to find out is Yasir, showed me how I could do it for $.20/page, or about $93 including taxes. I said, let’s go.” Yasir helped me start the job in smaller sections and showed me how to organize the original and the copies so that they were all in order. My hat is off to Yasir for thoroughly understanding the technology, the costs, my need for speed and help with a lower cost alternative. He was invaluable! I say Bravo Zulu! And thank you Yasir.
