    I had to print out a large number of tax documents which all had a security code to open, and my home printer was broken. I went to my local FEDEX office and was helped by Gabby. She walked me thru the process and stayed with me helping along the way until the whole job was done, and made sure I was being charged correctly. I never would have gotten thru it on my own, and certainly did not expect an employee to stay with me and walk thru it step by steo. This was a critical job, and I can't thank Gabby enough !!!

    I work in the City of San Clemente and have been to that office two times now for printing. The staff at this location (Gaby, Lar, & Paul) are so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really go out of their way. I was printing maps and pictures and they listened to what I needed, made suggestions that were awesome and really made a product I love. Thank you to your staff and really making my project effortless.

    Both Paul and Gaby were very nice and helpful. They improved my lamination purchase by advising I could get a lamination to use with dry erase marker. Which was awesome!!! They were knowledgeable and provided suggestions as well as some concerns with paper laminating to forewarn me. My maps turned out amazing with no issues!! Great customer service and nice people
