It was a Conceirge level of service which I appreciate and which makes me so positive about Fed Ex. You all have great people like Tracy and that makes a big difference to the end consumer!

Packages are somewhere else in hotel and he always has to go retrieve them. Always a smile even when he's busy. Today I interrupted him putting a large picture in a giant box. He stopped and took care of me even though I offered to stop back later.
