    Julian (San Mateo, CA) location delivered exemplary service. I shipped two separate packages both extremely important to me and he guided me through the whole process. His knowledge, mannerisms, and communication left me feeling highly reassured, which was my top priority when going into FedEx.     Julian was very busy when I first went in but Eddie who could not answer my question re: my printing need, but he gave outstanding customer service while I waited for Julian. Julian was able to help with my order and, too, gave great customer service. I was truly amazed in this day and age that this particular store gave such good customer service, and I will go out of my way to go back to this particular store in San Mateo again just because of that.

    Julian was fantastic. The store was packed, everyone needing some level of service and he kept his cool and worked with each person to help them. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Others would have been freaked out by the amount of people needing him but he was in his element. Total gem of an employee.

    Came to pick up print job. Associate said it was suppose to be ready in the later in the afternoon but said they can take care of it sooner and also they did the folding for my brochures which was crisp and clean and saved me some time.
