    Laura was extremely helpful with my shipping request for multiple boxes to two separate locations to get gifts to my family. She had excellent customer service and was very accommodating when it came to having to reprocess my transaction on another system when I didn’t have physical payment. Really appreciated that she found a solution to help me get these boxes out.

    Brandon was the worst FedEx office employee I’ve encountered. Extremely rude, unknowable about everything asked, and definitely should not be left in charge of any other employee let alone be facing customers

    I went into the store to ship out three items from a company that uses your service. Ashley was there and she was handling almost everything in that store at least 10 to 15 customers and she handled them so quickly and with a smile and was very professional not one customer was angry. All of them were talking about how great she was and that she was pretty much the only one at that store doing everything. She is a huge asset to your team and company that I would hate for you guys to lose her because she showed how valuable she is today.

    I was having issues with my shipping account online. For whatever reason, my cc wasn't working. Brandon at Store # 0317, location SNAK went above and beyond. Instead of having me wait 3 hours to process all 16 packages, he scanned them and then sent my business email confirmation of all receipts. Truly exceptional service. We will be back!

    I walked in knowing I was going to need assistance. I purchased something from etsy and needed to convert into pdf. Mike was first to help and walked me through every step I needed to successfully print the images I purchased. He was very patient and very knowledgeable of making a image bigger, what paper would work, suggets a glue for the paper and understanding. I would overthink something but yeah . I got the help I needed.

    I had trouble finding a box that was the correct size for a present. I was trying to ship out for Christmas and Laura was able to help me find everything I needed to get the package shipped out as fast as possible!
