    The girl at the counter was apparently in a rush and had an attitude. She had better things to do than help customers. Poor communication and bad manners. Had to refund the transaction and recharge me. More of a headache than it’s worth.

    While there were it seemed 3 people working only 1 was available to help people standing in line for self service copying. The self service payment machine should accept coins. Because it didn't I had to go to the counter for service. Overall price of copies ridiculously expensive & employees need serious customer service training. She also kept my self service card - though I told her it still had .20cents left on it. She should have given it back to me.
