What really impressed me was his calm demeanor when a woman tried to interrupt my transaction and do an Amazon return. She absolutely insisted that this office should take her return. Chase very calmly told her that his particular office did not (at least at this time) accept returns. She tried to argue with him, but he calmly said he would look into it in just a minute. He kept his cool even though the woman was rude. She finally said, "Oh, this isn't Staples" and left. Case closed.
