She told me that would be happy to pack it. after looking at other options like Lowes I will definitely be back to get my custom box made. her customer service and knowledge was outstanding! see you guys soon!

I visited in the past and she remembered me, and although it was very busy, she was extremely patient and took the initiative to help me. Specifically, I had an issue with the address and she worked with me to find the correct address to ensure my package will be delivered successfully. I highly recommend this FedEx and especially Deveney who is an outstanding employee!
