    We came in to ship out 3 heavy ac units and two of them were in need of boxes. Paul and some other staff members were assisting us and Paul was kind enough to help us figure out the box to buy and also help us with putting the ac units in the boxes which was not part of his service to us. He went out of his way to weight the units, help us get a box and even pack them. He never once seemed bothered and kept a smile on his face the whole time. I work in customer service and unfortunately it is rare to find people like Paul these days. He is a gem and we will be coming back in because of him and the others who were there. Thank you Paul!
