She went through all the options, was knowledgeable & able to help me do exactly what I needed. She was friendly, personable & didn't make me feel bad or get frustrated when I was struggling to explain what I was trying to have done. I had a large order, but she was able to handle it with ease all while helping other customers in the process without making it seem what I needed was an inconvenience. Definitely the best customer service I've received in a long time. Will come back to her for future printing needs.
