I do not have the time to write any company based on suggestions from a receipt but TAYLOR at your Aurora, Colorado location is a FedEx treasure. Taylor was professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in the store - even her greeting was welcoming and not obligatory and compulsory. As a 50 something non-techy, I needed a lot of information about how to send information to print. When I made it clear I could not do self-service she graciously said she could print whatever I needed for an additional fee. Really, my visit was simple and brief but Taylor made it welcoming and actually pleasant. So many young entry level clerks are careless, thoughtless, and, frankly, rude. That was not my experience today. Leonard went on to print my order because Taylor was assisting another customer.

I then had to be assisted at the counter so that I could print on thicker paper. He offered to help me and was very kind. The atmosphere of the store was very welcoming because of him and I’ll definitely come back to do my real estate flyers again!
