Today I had a lot of different items to reprint in various sizes and I also had printing from a flash drive. Katie was so thoughtful and an expert in her field. I had so many questions and she was so helpful you don’t find friendly service a lot anymore and it was nice to have such a helpful person at Fed Ex today.

I realized there was a significant error on the file I had sent for printing my company trifolds for the Space Symposium. Needless to say Elisha, assisted by the printing team, helped update my files, made sure the product would be as desired, and endured multiple phone calls as files were stripped off emails. She did all of this with such patience and outstanding customer service. She exhibited those same qualities today and the product is perfect! What an incredible team member and company asset you have in Elisha!

I repeatedly asked that they were going to be delivered by 4/4 because the samples are temperature and time dependent. I was assured that we had arrived before the last pickup and they would be delivered the next morning before 10:30 am. Imagine my shock when I checked tracking this evening to make sure they were delivered and they did not even go out until today. This is thousands of dollars of work and effort that will be useless because of your shipping error.

I chose to have it packed & the staff were great in helping to secure and also double box it with the proper amount of padding to where I could confidently bring it to the airport. Fingers crossed; so If that doesn’t work due to its size then I will return to ship it thru fed ex. I’d like to again say thank you to Katie for her knowledge in explaining the process to me, selecting the boxes and safely packing it; also the young man who helped you was very helpful. Thanks again.

Kyle explained the cut marks and bleed to me. And then offered to print the order so that he could make the cut to my satisfaction. I was pretty picky, and Kyle had to repeat the cut a couple of times. He never complained, he never found, every time I apologize for being high maintenance, he replied "no problem. We want you to be happy." Kyle's calm patients kept me from becoming frustrated. Kudos to Kyle, and to whoever hired this gentleman!
