I came in very frazzled from going to multiple other places to try to get my print job handled quickly and failing. I should have come to FedEX first! Dan handled my borderline incoherent requests quickly and patiently. The ONLY thing that was a bummer was that the image didn’t come out with quite the level of contrast I was hoping for. It would have been nice to be able to see a proof before finishing the order so that I could have edited the image to get the result I was seeking. But at the end of the day, I was in a hurry and the final product did ultimately fulfill my needs. And Dan handled my chaos with grace.

Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE, at this location was so friendly and helpful. I think what was also apparent was the environment, it felt positive and like an enjoyable place for both the customers and the employees. The employees there seemed to really get along with each other and that was apparent in the way they spoke with each other, with respect and a casual friendliness that felt very authentic. This was probably the best FedEx Office location I've ever been to. Huge props to the team and for Farres for helping me out with my package.
