    Russell was amazing! He was so nice, helping me design my custom tablecloth with my logo and photos. He was so creative in doing the layout and was able to perfectly captured my vision of what I wanted. He was open to my suggestions and the final product is truly a piece of artwork! Russell is an outstanding employee and he deserves a raise.

    One time I needed to ship a highly important package with sensitive documents and Stephanie gladly and friendly helped me with that. I really appreciate the excellent costumer service and the fact that she also helped a lady who didn't speak English and amazed me that she is full bilingual. She should get a raise to keep motivating people to give that wonderful service.

    I always do my shipping at this FedEx location due it's closeness to home. The staff is always so helpful and welcoming. Jessica started a conversation with me and we definitely connected. It was a nice experience to say the least, especially with the craziness of holidays around the corner.

    Our organization had a very tight deadline to produce some promotional materials, and Russell went above and beyond to help make sure that we got the materials we needed in a professional and timely manner. He made sure that we got tax-exempt status for our order as a non-profit, and we were able to pick up all our materials in less than 24 hours!
