    I was frustrated and overwhelmed when I came in having had some setbacks with the post office and a husband who makes any experience stressful (was mailing package for him).Jesiery was 1st to help me and was super nice and even tried several things to help me get closer to price guidelines my husband put on me. I needed to move out of line to get more information front customer and later had to interrupt Stephanie before she tended to another matter and she was super awesome in switching tasks to help me and did it with a smile. They whole time Martian was interacting with Stephanie and Jesiery helping them and also helping customers ( was helping another customer secure a fragile and expensive figurine). It’s Christmas time so they’re busy and many people might let that reflect on how they interact with customers but all three stayed smiling, upbeat and cheerful to me and all customers in the store. To someone who lives in a stressful demanding environment this is really appreciated.

    The two employees that were working were very, very helpful when I had an issue with printing . They were just very patient and very kind and efficient when it was a busy time in the store. They both save me a massive amount of time, finding card stock for me and helping printing invites for my son’s birthday party.
