He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable, making it a great experience and helping us to get exactly what we needed quickly. He exemplified management characteristics and I was particularly impressed by how he delegated tasks to Eva (also great!) to continue to work with other customers while still meeting our needs. Bryan seemed well suited for a leadership position. His demeanor and skills made it so easy and I will absolutely return to Brickell fedex office for future printing.
