Micki greatly assisted me in selecting the perfect card stock to print my student’s certificates on. The conversation was light, even humorous. Nicki even took a moment to “thank me for my service,” as I am a U.S. Army Veteran. Micki is a credit to herself as well as the FedEx Organization! She helped me by dropping the tape gun in front of me on the counter, telling me to take up the package, and when I asked for my receipt for tracking purposes, she got annoyed and told me I would need to wait which I did, and for some reason it took another three minutes before she could print it out. Like I said, it is not the first time I have encountered her and her attitude.

She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable while my kids were acting out she actually helped out a bit ! Kind Woman !

I have social anxiety and struggle with going to public places and she made it really easy and a pleasant experience.
