Alex remembered my display arriving but was unable to locate the box that day. Alex went above and beyond to track down my display. It was accidentally picked up by the FedEx driver and taken to their warehouse. Alex drove through Orlando traffic to go to the warehouse and bring back my display so that I could participate in my meeting. In my opinion she went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. I can’t thank her enough!

Justin appeared magically from the corner of my eye. He seemed to beckon me. He advised best ways to send to him in email with a card, and advised on file type to send. I returned to his office location several moments after sending. He printed and shipped like a pro! Justin was there for me and my firm when we needed him. Justin deserves kudos as one of the friendliest and knowledgeable FedEx professional I've ever met.
