- Wednesday, April 17, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0it is approximately 1:15 PM when I was assisted by the assistant manager of whom I did not see the name, but I did identify the tag as being assistant manager for the afternoon of Wednesday, April 17 in the afternoon. He was reluctant of assisted me with the proper steps of printing out a certificate from my email to send to the printer. I was not familiar with the entire steps and process and he questioned if he had to go through the steps as if he did not want to do it. I had to tell him is it gonna kill you to help me with the step because he didn’t want to do it or didn’t feel like doing it. I reminded him that I am a customer and I need his help all the way. I would never recommend this store or FedEx office to anyone. I work at 911 and I need the assistance of him to help me process some information. The system here at the office failed me due to his reluctance to help me as a customer. I said to him, oh my God and you are a manager? It was that serious. Then he says OK no I will help you. I should not have gone into the store working out feeling late. The services did not , meet my expectations.

Today, Yosef and Digna assisted me, exemplifying the outstanding support I've come to expect. I visit this location around twice a month for shipping or printing, and regardless of the queue length, the staff is unfailingly cheerful and goes above and beyond to assist me. As someone who can be slow to navigate shipping and printing processes, I deeply appreciate the patience and dedicated time they provide. Thank you for consistently making my experience so positive!
