    The printer malfunctioned. When I requested the page be reprinted (at no cost) a male staff member (don’t recall names but there were only two staff at the time) agreed to reprint it and asked me to wait for a moment - they then proceeded to slice paper on a paper cutter for 8-10 minutes until a long haired male staff member (appeared to be supervisor) stepped up to take care of me. It’s not a huge deal, overall it is what it is, but if I was a manager I would ask the employees to handle customer situations in a more expedited manner, especially when slicing stacks of paper could probably wait the 2 minutes it takes to reprint a single page document after the self service printer malfunctions.

    I visit this more often than I visit the other store in the environs, so I do have a better rapport with the staff here. Sheree and her team are very accommodating and professional. They try represent the company very well.

    From the moment I walked in I was greeted well by the workers. Will helped me. We wanted a thick cardstock for our print and he recommended to us multiple types of paper while being patient with us. He ensured that we loved our print and gave us no negative energy. I WILL be coming back to this store!

    We needed to overnight delivery for important court case document and were told that it would be delivered by 5pm on 9/8/23. Asked employee if we should opt for different shipping service and stated this was guarenteed. Knowing we had an extra day for unforseen circumstances for our court deadline, we thought we would be fine w/ standard overnight. It was sched for 9/8 and did not arrive until 9/12! We missed the important deadline. Im trying to get a refund for this and FEDEX is denying the refund. After Fedex causing us to miss a deadline for something this important, now refusing the refund is extremely poor customer service. We are very disappointed and originally chose Fedex because we THOUGHT it was the most reliable.
