I am always greeted by your team members by my name reflecting the regular and timely services I am provided in your 'full service' department. I aways appreciate their very helpful assistance to me when I venture into your self service stations. As a very experienced businessman... I have been very impressed with the 'consistency' of their attention to my needs as well as the other customers. This is a very busy store and the calm and courtesy manners that these team members provide is unique in our fast moving world. I have been further impressed by the skills of everyone who patiently listen to the wide ranging inquiries including those members of the 'shipping and PACK PLUS' departments.

Called the location near me - my order was around $400 online and they quoted me $2500 at the FedEx Office location. I would have walked away but I needed this job to be done. They did come down to $900 - but I still left feeling like I was price gouged. Will never go back.

Jackie went above and beyond to help me create a beautiful poster that my students will be able to interact with and make learning fun! Jackie was so patient making sure it would come out perfect. She really went the extra mile and cared so much. I absolutely appreciate her doing this for me especially within an hour of closing. She has a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful. You are blessed to have someone like her working for your company!
