The folks who work there are always so top notch and nice and 100% professional and the guy who helped me on this particular day - Czar - was exceptional. I encountered a glitch in my shipping situation that required me to call the company that I was dealing with in order to get a new shipping label and Czar very patiently guided me thru the whole thing and how to best go about it. I trust FedEx more than any other delivery company when it comes to all things shipping and the reason for that is that FedEx over the years has a perfect track record with me meaning I've never had so much as one single negative experience going thru FedEx now THAT'S a company that knows how to get it done and consistently at that!
