I asked simple questions about the shipping process with other vendors setup and they had a bad attitude the entire time. Did not seem happy to help, did not reply to half of the things I said, and when I said thank you and left they said nothing at all. Very poor service, no way I would return to this store.

- Thursday, February 8, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0Someone associated with FedEx (employee or 3rd party driver) *ripped open* the envelope that was SEALED with TAPE, and STOLE the card and cash that I sent to my niece for her birthday. Marc A Cilli, the 3rd party driver physically handed my niece the empty envelop. The photo he took as “confirmation” of delivery notification was a photo of Marc A Cilli’s foot on grass. Again, he jaded her an empty/ripped package with contents missing. When she asked where the card and $80 was he said he didn’t know. He invited her to come into the truck to look, but she said he seemed very shady and did not get a good vibe from him. She saw his name from his name tag. He then went back to his truck to call his supervisor “Nelson.” He came back to the house and told her his supervisor told her to file a claim with FedEx. She said he then hurried back to his truck and she followed him to try and take a photo of his license plate, but he took off. I have filed a claim with FedEx, but because Marc is a 3rd party delivery driver, they stated on the phone there wasn’t much “investigating” they can do. I hope FedEx makes this right with me for my niece and refunds me $100 total cost of this theft. I also have contacted the local authorities who may also be assisting me. I am also considering contacting the local news media. These drivers cannot keep getting away with these thefts. No one is holding them accountable!
