He’s EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, I have a bad experience every time with him. I ship and receive expensive watches and alway overnight which is also costly. This man makes me pay for the smallest things when others give it complementary. He has a very bad attitude and should not be in customer service. He makes it seem like he’s doing a gigantic job printing out a label for me, unlike the other lady who custom cut a box for me with a smile, she was the best.

Someone had emailed me a prepaid packing slip, which was a new thing for me: I didn't know this was possible. I printed it out and hoped for the best. The woman at the FedEx office who helped me (whose name was something like Ilanya) was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She went out of her way to NOT make me feel like an idiot for not understanding the process. She had a bona fide smile, not forced, and put me at ease. We joked around a little bit, and I left the store feeling like I had been treated like I was a rock star. Please give her a pat on the back!
