Said if he helped me he had to charge me additional. So I printed it out wrong & had to do again. Frustrating. Second time I went to print more another sales person said if I want it back same day there is a charge and if I want help an additional charge. I thought that is what they were there for . To show us how to use the machine Ed or at least assist
