In the past, I've always had a Ground delivery option, but he said it was not available this time. I'm disappointed that was not offered since it looks to be available online, at a lower price than the Express shipping I ended up having to pay.

Since it was an electronic device that belonged to my son, I was trying to get him to step up and handle the request by himself. Isabelle was extremely helpful and patient and provided excellent customer service. I spent 25 years in the customer service business, and I always appreciate someone who does it right, and goes the extra mile for their customer, especially when dealing with a child. I really really hope corporate will recognize her for her hard work. I would drive back to that particular location based on our interaction with Isabelle! Thank you Isabelle- you rock!!

She attempted to do it at the store and unfortunately was unable, but was very dedicated to helping us. We like that you can email your design to them with printing specs and they will have it done within the day. Beautiful prints.
