I requested a sleeve for the shipping label and a receipt. The person behind the counter just taped on my shipping label rather than putting it in a sleeve. I specifically asked for the sleeve because I've had issues in the past with labels coming off when they were just taped on. Especially since it's been raining out. I wanted the sleeve. I am upset that the person behind the counter did not listen to me. Name tag of the representative said Alice and this person was not from this store. Specifically. They said they were from another store. When I asked for a sleeve they should have just put the the label in a sleeve regardless of how they feel or what they think is best.
