The employee who took my package advised that the truck had already completed the last pick-up for the day but that I would be provided with a receipt showing what date/time it was dropped off. I asked whether the receiver would see in tracking whether the package was shown as shipped based on the date I dropped the item off or the date the truck took the package (presumably the next day at this point) and he advised "I don't know how it shows up on their end". In this situation, I was disappointed with the employee's apparent lack of knowledge and/or lack of willingness to help me find the answer I needed.

Often times I feel like I “annoy” some of the workers there as I have my packages delivered there, but John (and another woman, who’s AMAZING, but was not there yesterday) are so kind and walk me through everything. I am upset I’m forgetting her name as well, but she too is the best and I def. Want to make sure she’s recognized. I never feel judged by these two employees for asking questions… they are professional, and kind. I’m sorry if I annoy others that work there… not my attention (as again I do go there frequently as my important packages are delivered there- sometimes the shipper forgets to put in my full name and may show up as “Kati” or no name at all)… but John and the other woman (she’s usually wears her hair pulled back; she’s sooo sweet) are attentive to this, and never judge me for asking for help and always greet me with kindness. Appreciate this location so much. Please make sure you let them know this.

He was friendly and knowledgeable, and took complete ownership of my issue. Not sure what my wife & I would have done without him. I came in a bit flustered, and left with the biggest smile on my face. He’s definitely an asset to the FedEx Organization!! His Customer Service is/was just superb
