I am a wedding dress designer and I was showing at National Bridal Market Chicago with big companies with lots of staff and tons of help with their shipping. I was very anxious about shipping my package to my first bridal shop that will carry by brand. Harvey could have said nope too late but instead he processed my order with great care and treated me so kindly in a time I felt so worried and honestly less than as all the big companies easily had their employees take care of everything. Harvey took care of me and I will never forget him. Please tell Let me know if I can send him something- if I had had some cash I would given him a generous tip but as I said I don’t have a huge company yet - but he treated me as well as I’d expect a Fortune 500 CEO be treated. I am so grateful for him and his service and y’all need to give him a raise. He is embodying everything your company should stand for and should be training your employees on how to make such an impression on your customers. I will definitely use FedEx again especially knowing you employ such outstanding people. I blinked away tears as I went about finishing packing up the rest of my gowns because it isn’t easy building your dreams but he made me feel like me and my little package mattered to him personally as if it were his own. With the kind things he said to me and way he got excited when he found me a great deal rate to save on my shipping is like no experience I’ve ever had.
