    I needed two copies of my pay-stub for proof of income. Was expecting it to cost 20 cents or 50 cents at the most. I asked how to do it. The team member said I could purchase a card or she could “just do it for me”. She made two reduced copies of it because it had a pay check attached. She did not ask if that was okay. I wanted two full size copies. I removed the check and got two full sized copies of just the check stub. I was charged $3.62. The team member needs to tell the customer about the $2.50 FS Surcharge. Also she should communicate before reducing the size of the copy. But this could have been avoided if FedEx Office would have a regular coin operated copy machine for middle-aged people to use. Convenience and ease of use have been overlooked in today’s “modern” world.

    The whole staff has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Staff has facilitated a personal experience with every visit, remembering my name and catching up on shared interests.     I experienced the definition of customer service in Moline. I witnessed Doug and Alex one-ring-answering the phones and promptly attending to guests' needs - in between carefully explaining new printandgo procedures to one patron after another. Doug stepped us through that, while still not failing to greet every person who entered the store and instantly give them a status update or expectation of wait times. His multi-tasking and yet individual concern was palpable. Each individual customer would receive concentrated personal attention- until the moment the interaction came to fruition, then he'd abruptly (assertively) turn and instantly refocus on the next task. They truly made us custies feel served.
