We were having trouble with the print and go option and Chasity stepped in and helped us get what we wanted done. She was very patient with our ignorance to how things operate, as well as with us sending the wrong file to print off, initially. All in all, she understood her assignment, and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy and with exactly what we needed. She even took the time to explain how online operations worked and how they could help us out financially in other situations. She was awesome and I came here to do this survey specifically to let the powers that be know that! Give her a fist bump and some extra kudos!!!
