    Noah and his colleagues are extremely professional and efficient. At this particular visit I forgot a signed blank check… Noah managed to get in hold of me and return the check that I left on the counter. It was for the law firms escrow account so potentially he made sure that I didn’t loose my license to practice for malpractice… he REALLY saved the day! What an everyday hero he is! I actually live 3 minutes from another FedEx, but they are awful and I happily drive 20 minutes to get to this FedEx where everyone is beyond helpful and efficient. They have never lost a package of mine.

    I was very stressed out returning/shipping out a very large package. Vachon and Harvey were SO helpful and kind in helping me figure it out, there was a hiccup with my shipping label and Vachon took the time to help me sort it out, I’m very happy they were both working, thank you both so much!

    Asked for assistance printing sample copies (3) to check file/print readability and crops; third one was perfect. When asked, I confirmed 50 copies. No disclosure of $17.50 charge to help. Not ok, I refused to pay it and said I would have done self-service—so that’s what I was charged. Got home to find the TEST file had been printed, not the correct final and that there were 6 blanks, so the total order was short. I *would have paid* $17.50 service fee if it had been presented up front—I needed the help and a different employee told me it was $2.50!

    I had 15 total packages to send out. I don’t have a printer at home so I went into the store to have them handle the whole process including packaging my shipments. Avery was so kind and helped me through the whole process. I kept apologizing for having so many shipments and he constantly reassured me that he was happy to help.

    Avery was really helpful—I had an issue with picking up my packages (one was delayed and set production back) and his calm and positive attitude made the situation less stressful. Really thankful for his assistance.

    Fulecia went above and beyond to help me locate a package that was incorrectly shipped to Fed Ex . She was kind and patient, and very professional, and helped me then send it to the right address through FedEx shipping. So nice to deal with a helpful person who goes above and beyond for customer service!

    Harvey was incredible. I had a terrible experience at another FedEx location that told me they couldn't assist me with my transaction and they were trying to charge me for something for which there was already a prepaid shipping label. I then went to the FedEx store that Harvey worked at and he took care of me and provided above and beyond service. He also expressed loyalty to the company as he apologized "on behalf of Fedex" for the experience I received at the other store. Bravo Harvey!
