This was critical tracking now says it will arrive a day late not the fault of the office I was served at but why if it got to the city by 10am wasn’t it delivered that same day at least. We received a QR code for returned merchandise through Walmart.com that we couldn't pack ourselves because of the size of return (parts for a trampoline with some poles being 6 feet tall). We thought we needed 3 QR codes because originally we had 3 boxes - 1 expertly packed by Hasan with the tall items and 2 we packed with the other stuff. Walmart.com refused to give us 3 QR codes. Hasan was so kind to talk to them for me and explain why we needed them even though the Walmart.com rep insisted we could use the same QR code for all 3 packages. Long story short we got a total of 2 QR codes. Hasan told us he had a box big enough to fit in the stuff we had in two boxes. He just took the boxes from us and said he would repack them. Therefore we could return this heavy merchandise in two packages. This was such a huge relief for me because we didn't know how we would ever get the return done because we didn't have boxes big enough to pack the trampoline parts. We tried working with Walmart.com to get boxes to no avail. We were pleasantly surprise that Hasan could help us. He was professional, courteous, helpful, etc. When I left I felt relieved like a big burden was off my back. I hope this all makes sense how Hasan went above and beyond to help me in what seemed like a hopeless situation.

Also, my letter had a pre shipping label and was to be sent to Capital Live Scan in California right away because they have an agreement with Fedex.

My colleague called the store to confirm the order, and from the very first conversation, Fitsum was wonderful! She made a very complicated order that we needed "just right" easy. Her kindness, excellent tech skills, and willingness to make sure all of the parts were perfect exceeded our expectations. We can't thank her enough!

My husband (recipient) will not be home most the day on the delivery date. I called multiple times, and your automated system ADAMANTLY refused to connect me to an agent, no matter what I tried. Online, I was unable to change delivery date because I had to open an account - and give you my CC# to do it, and then was told you'd mail something to me ACROSS THE COUNTRY from where I am, in order for me to change the delivery date!!! With no customer service reps available DURING THE BUSINESS DAY ON A WEEKDAY and no ability to do it online, this falls FAR short of adequate customer service!!
