And on top of all that he ripped off us with digital enhanced fee for something that didn’t require any such charge for a document that I needed printed as letter size from post card size fee all he did was print fit to letter size. I am familiar with FedEx enhancement fees I have received services from others stores in the town that require such fees but never for something as such printing to size would require an additional $7 fee. Also, while I was discussing this job with Jamie another TM was vacuuming very close to us and with all that noise I couldn’t even communicate or hear properly. So all that experience was unproductive and unprofessional.
