I had an urgent package that was not able to be delivered and I had it rerouted for pick up at the store but it was still delayed; Jim called the FedEx hub in Kentwood and was able to pass along this request and clearly communicated to me what to expect for pick up. The est. pick up time was by EOD on 3/13 but somehow it was ready by noon. Additional thanks to the driver and any other team members who made this possible!! There are many people who appreciate this!!
