Duane had me sign up for a FedEx account to help me save on my shipping costs and I was so thankful for the recommendation. The manager Lis was there also, and she was helping her staff and customers with anything and everything from questions to taping boxes. I previously used both FedEx and UPS, and I believe Duane and Lis converted me to a FedEx faithful!
