- Friday, March 29, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0I brought in some dog meds. The form to ship them to Anguilla had been filled out online, so I had the dog meds and the shipping label. She put them in a bag that didn't appear to be Express. Then she tried to scan the label. Neither computer would let her. She asked a guy why there was no signature form with meds. He told her it is tied to the label. When it wouldn't print a label, he printed me out a transaction record from the machine near the door. Tracking #775728029373. 3/28/2024 4:05PM. Then he told her to set aside the package and hopefully they could print it later. So they had a FedEx envelope with no label and no identification being set aside. She didn't put anything but the meds in the FedEx bag. When I tried to track the package, it keeps saying that a label was created. I went back around 6PM to check on the progress. He claimed the package would be on the truck after 6. He didn't check any further. The girl who had initially helped me was no longer there, but the guy who she'd asked questions of was. These dog meds are for a heart condition and need to arrive in Anguilla in a timely manner. What should we do?

He was very calm and easily explained the process to me so that I was able to do it again I’m by myself he was Informative. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond what I had ever expected to have happen the manager at the store. He’s a nice guy too. They both were real professional and I was really not looking forward to doing this. However, I’m so glad I went here instead of anywhere else, and I will only bring my business here and I will recommend my colleagues, and everybody else in my industry that they come here for their printing , for our company alone, we have at least 1314 different kinds of business cards we need so these guys will get our business from now on for sure for a young man. He took a lot a lot of patience and professionalism that I didn’t expect for sure didn’t think I would find for my kid AT at a store you know but he was great , I will come back to this location in this location only by the way, I have to do talk to text because I’m driving so I edited this the best I could but I think you get the gist of what I’m saying

I went to the register and said this may sound strange but needed to send money to my mom in this card and put it in a FedEx envelope. This guy jumped in and said We don't send cash! very sternly. I laughed and said I've done it before but okay. Well I was trying to decide if I wanted to buy the card. The guy again said We only send checks. I said okay, I believe you. I didn't care since I figured I would send it to her another way. I decided to get the card but the guy would not let it go. He broke out this booklet and put it in my face and said See what it says and pointed at each red N. I said Dude I heard you the first time and told you I believed you. He then walked off. I wasn't belligerent about it and accepted the response, The first time. But because he was an *** about it and kept on about it was rude and tried to make me feel like an idiot. Had he left it alone I would have gotten the card and went on my way. I was angry and frustrated. I wasn't worried about the money because I can do it other ways but it was a last minute thing and this was the first thing I tried. This is the second time I've been treated poorly by an employee there,2 strikes and I don't go for 3. Look at the video if you'd like. It was February 25th at 1:06 pm. I won't go back to this location nor probably any other location. I use this because it's closer to home. Not anymore, I'll deal with the drive to UPS so I won't have to worry on a 50/50 chance one of your employees treats me like I'm an idiot.

I walked in and Mark helped me reach someone via the help line. In the end my order wasn’t going to arrive on time even though I requested overnight shipping. Mark was very helpful and nice, and attentive. His customer service skills were superb. He was able to print my labels I needed. Which I’m soo grateful for. Later that afternoon I ended up returning buying more items. Mark deserves a raise he was such a blessing to me.
